We recently stayed at a lovely property near Brighton & Hove Beach - Group Or Family Fun and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seafront and close to all the attractions. The property itself was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the bottle of Prosecco and milk left for us on arrival. The kids loved the toys and books in the living room and we were impressed with the modern facilities provided, including an iron, hairdryer, and coffee machine. The heating worked quickly and kept us cozy during our stay.

There was only one minor issue with the TV not working, which was a bit disappointing, but it didn't detract from the overall experience. Additionally, while sleeping on the sofa bed, there was a constant flashing light every 15 minutes or so, which was a bit distracting.

Our stay here was fantastic, right by the town center, beach, and pier. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy and having it was a plus. Being so close to the sea made it even better 🌊.

Located just 1.7 km from Brighton, it was the perfect choice for a quick transit stay. being only 45 km away from London Gatwick, it made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my next flight.
